RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • CAN I GET RETURNS AND EXCHANGES?

    We want you to be 100% thrilled with your purchase, and iKaracase stands by the quality of our products. We accept returns and exchanges of full-priced merchandise within 14 days from the date that you received the package. Sale items and Gift Cards are final and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

    We CANNOT guarantee that different monitor's display of any color will be accurate like the physical products due to the difference in display capabilities of different monitors. We CANNOT accept returns due to inconsistency of color.

     

    • HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

    To be eligible for a return, your item must have been purchased directly from iKaracase.com, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Your order number must be notated in the package.     • HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

    We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. Otherwise, we are more than happy to accept a return (please click here for instructions), and you can place an order for the new item you would like on our website. If your item qualifies for an exchange, please email us at help@ikaracase.com.

     

    • DAMAGE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

    If you receive a damaged item, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt at help@ikaracase.com for a replacement item or a store credit to be issued. It is the customers' responsibility to inspect all deliveries within 3 business days of receipt. Any damages resulting in customer cutting package with scissors will not be replaced. Accidents happen! If you have received an incorrect item in your order, please contact us at help@ikaracase.com so we can get a replacement package out to you as soon as possible!

    • HOW DO I CHANGE MY ORDER?

    Once your order has been submitted, it can NOT be changed. Please make sure to check that all items you loved are in your cart, the address your order is being shipped to is spot on, and the payment method you are using is good to go!

     

    • HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

    In order to get our beautiful product out to all customer as soon as possible, we can NOT accept cancellations more than 1 hour after your purchase. If you are within this time frame, please email us at help@ikaracase.com. Otherwise, we are more than happy to accept a return once you have received your products. Please visit our Return Policy.

     

    • DISCOUNT CODES AND SALES ITEM

    Our sales are only temporary, not a permanent price change, we are unable to honor any price adjustments. Coupon codes must be entered at the time of purchase, no adjustments will be made if a code is not entered at the time of purchase.Sale items are final and NOT eligible for refunds or exchanges.

     

    • HOW CAN I USE DISCOUNT CODE?

    Once you add something to your cart and proceed to checkout, you will be given the opportunity to enter a discount code on the right-hand side of the screen. The code must be entered in ALL CAPS.

     

    SHIPPING AND TRACKING

    • HOW CAN I CALCULATE MY SHIPPING COST?

    Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout like normal. Once you have entered your shipping address, you will have the option to calculate your shipping costs before placing your order. We off free US shipping on all order above $40, free worldwide above $50.

     

    • HOW LONG WILL TAKE ME RECEIVE THE PRODUCT?

    If you live in the United States, your order will arrive approximately 5-8 business days from the date it was shipped. International packages take 7-14 business from the date shipped. Please take into consideration that these are estimated ship times, and there are many reasons that packages can be delayed which are out of our control.

     

    • ORDERS WITH INCORRECT ADDRESS INFORMATION

    Once your order has been submitted, it can no longer be modified. Any packages returned due to a wrong, or incorrect address will be reshipped at the cost of the purchaser. We check all orders very carefully before shipping, but we cannot be responsible for incorrect information like credit card entries or addresses. Please review your order carefully before submitting your order!

     

    • WHY IS MY TRACKING NUMBER NOT UPDATING ONLINE?

    Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Shipping information can take 24-48 hours to be processed by either USPS or UPS. If tracking information is still unavailable after this period, please contact us at help@ikaracase.com.

     

    • WHERE THE IKARACASE PRODUCTS SHIP FROM?

    We are a Texas-based company with fresh and latest styles inventory. We have a centralized fulfillment center in Dallas Texas USA that all of our products ship from.

     

    • LOST STOLEN OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

    PLEASE NOTE that we are NOT responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. ALL LOST, STOLEN OR RETURNED packages are the responsibility of the buyer. In the rare event of a mail carrier failure, please contact your local carrier directly with any questions or concerns.
